Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to homes, shops and businesses in the areas we serve in Kerala. We confirm whether we can deliver to your address when you place the order. We do not ship by courier. Export orders are agreed separately in writing.

When

• We confirm the delivery date or time slot when you order.
• Fresh orders are normally delivered the same day or the next day.
• If we are going to be late, we tell you by phone or WhatsApp. If the new time does not suit you, you can cancel for a full refund of anything you paid for that order.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown on your bill before you pay.
