We make some of what is below and we distribute the rest, and we tell you which is which on every single card. Every product carries its maker, pack size, shelf life, ingredients and allergens — because almost nobody in this category publishes them.

What we publish that others do not
Who made itEvery card names the manufacturer and their FSSAI number. We distribute some of this range and we say so.
AllergensDeclared on every product. Almost no Kerala food page we surveyed declares them at all.
Shelf life, honestlyBatch-dated. We would rather leave a field open than print a number we cannot defend.
The oilWhere we know it, we name it. Where we are still confirming it with the manufacturer, we say that instead.
On wording: we are a licensed commercial kitchen, not a domestic one, so we do not borrow the language of one. We say small batch, we name the maker, and we publish the spec.
