Kerala Pickles — Made in Small Batches
Kerala pickle is not a condiment, it is the meal. Ours are made in small batches the way it is made in a Kerala kitchen: cut by hand, salted, and cured in oil. No added chemical preservatives — preserved with vinegar, salt and oil.

Frequently asked questions
How are these pickles preserved?
No added chemical preservatives. Preservation is by vinegar, salt and oil, which is how Kerala pickle has always been made. Keep the oil covering the pickle and always use a dry spoon.
Do you make prawn, dry fish or chicken pickle?
Not at present. Fish pickle is our only non-vegetarian pickle in production today.
Can I order pickles for export?
Fish pickle cannot currently be exported. Fish and fishery products require MPEDA registration and an EIC-approved establishment, which we do not yet hold. Vegetarian pickles are discussed on our export page.
Who makes these pickles?
We do. They are manufactured and marketed by Farmour Ventures Pvt Ltd in Thiruvananthapuram under FSSAI Lic. No. 11323001001236.
