Frequently asked questions
Do you make these chips yourselves?
No. These are produced by a licensed Kerala manufacturer and distributed by us. Our own manufacture is our pickles and our breakfast range.
What oil are the chips fried in?
We are confirming the frying oil in writing with the manufacturer and will publish it here. We would rather leave the field open than print something we cannot stand behind.
How long do the chips stay crisp?
Coconut-oil Kerala chips are realistically at their best within 30 to 45 days. We will publish the manufacturer's declared shelf life once we have it in writing.
Can I order these for export?
No. We do not offer distributed products for export or private label. Our export range is limited to food we manufacture ourselves.
